DigiPass Early Adopters Club – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

    

   • The Early Adopters Club offer (“Offer”) is available to new customers of DigiPass who sign up before our official launch.

   • The Offer is only available to customers ordering 5,000 cards or fewer. Orders exceeding this quantity are not eligible.
      

2. Offer Details

    

   • Eligible customers will receive 25% off the standard subscription price for the first 6 months after the official launch of DigiPass.

   • The discount applies only to the digital card and pass subscription and does not cover any additional fees, services, or third-party costs.
      

3. Activation & Duration

   ​

   • The 6-month discount period begins on the official launch date of DigiPass.

   • The discount can only be applied within 28 days our DigiPass's offical launch date between the 22 October 2025 - 19 November 2025.

   • The discount will automatically expire at the end of the 6-month period. Standard pricing will apply thereafter.
      

4. Restrictions

    

   • This Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.

   • DigiPass reserves the right to cancel or modify the Offer at any time without prior notice.

   • Orders of more than 5,000 cards, or any attempt to bypass eligibility requirements, will void the discount.
      

5. General

    

   • Participation in the Early Adopters Club constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

   • DigiPass reserves the right to refuse service to any participant at its sole discretion.

   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia
