Barcodes & Scanning
We've created an iOS and Android App to integrate barcode and scanning abilities for your digital card programs.
DigiPass allows for 4 types of barcodes, PDF417, QR Code, Aztec & Code128. These are the only barcodes Apple and Google accept. If you have another type of barcode that needs to be on the digital card, we can upload the image of the barcode onto the digital card. No other artwork would be added to the digital card.
The DigiPass Scanning mobile app allows for customisation to meet specific business needs, including setting up optional data collection questions, modifying settings, creating user accounts and adding, burning loyalty points.
Have existing customer barcodes?
If your membership or loyalty program already has unique codes for your members, we can upload this data to your program and assign their unique code embedded into a barcode type onto their new digital card. Tapping into your existing processes.
Have a POS or other scanning methods?
Most hardware systems are designed to scan barcodes on phone screens — but keep in mind, not all are capable of doing so. If your scanning devices can accept these barcodes, the SKU or ID embedded in the barcode or QR code can be read, allowing integration with your existing systems.
What can I scan?
Loyalty Card You can scan a customers card to add points, burn points, redeem points or change program loyalty tier. This can be done through the DigiPass scanner app and automatically updated on your customers card, and within the DigiPass Portal.

Membership Card Verify members and check in/out members with their membership card.
Digital Voucher Scan, validate and redeem digital vouchers that are distributed to customers

Stamp Card Scan and update your customers stamps on their digital stamp card.
